People

Our team is critical to the success of our Company, and we are committed to providing a work environment that attracts, develops, and retains high-performing team members and to promoting a culture that allows each team member to feel respected, included, and empowered.

Employee Engagement

Employee engagement is a cornerstone of organizational success, directly influencing morale, productivity, and retention. At CBL, we are committed to fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring every team member feels connected to our mission and values. To support this goal, we offer four employee engagement groups, each entirely led by team members representing various levels and departments across the organization. These groups provide opportunities for employees to collaborate, share experiences, and build meaningful connections across the organization. These groups provide opportunities for employees to collaborate, share experiences, and build meaningful connections across the organization.

We believe that understanding how employees feel about their work, their teams, and CBL is essential to maintaining a thriving culture. To that end, we regularly assess employee sentiment through structured feedback mechanisms, including our annual engagement survey conducted by Great Place to Work. In 2024, we achieved a 75% response rate, with an impressive 93% of respondents expressing that CBL is a great place to work. This valuable feedback not only validates our efforts but also informs our ongoing initiatives to strengthen engagement and create a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
